'We built a wine cellar from scratch, using part of a basement storage room. Brian worked with us throughout the process to ensure our contractor built the room properly. Brian is very knowledgeable about the racking and cooling options and helped us easily select what we wanted. He then designed the rack layout to give us the storage options we wanted. On installation, one of the racks had been cut just slightly out of dimension. Brian got it remade at the factory and expedited and then worked on a Saturday to get our cellar completed with only a day's delay.
We are very pleased with Brian's work and would recommend him without reservations. He was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. Our cellar is beautiful and is exactly what we wanted."
